To collect an application form either pop into the Club and pick one up from our friendly staff or email the Club Secretary at info@cowplainsocialclub.org.uk to have one emailed to you.
Update 2024: Due to overwhelming interest in membership, all new applications received from 1st March 2024 will be placed on a waiting list. This will be continuously reviewed by the Management Committee until we are able to receive another intake. In the meantime, we welcome your applications and assure all prospective members that their forms will be date stamped and filed in accordance with Club Rules and we will be in contact as soon as is possible.
