Function Rooms

The Club’s function rooms are available for hire to members who have held Club membership for more than 12 months.

The main hall and carpeted lounge area accommodates approximately 200 guests and is available as a day or half day hall hire. Alternatively the lounge area can be hired for smaller functions for up to 60 guests. Both hall hires have their own well stocked designated bar area attended by welcoming staff. The large hall has a generously sized stage for all your entertainment requirements for any occasion, large or small, adult, family or children’s party.

In addition to our hall hire we invite you to have a chat with our friendly catering staff for any catering needs you may have as our kitchen provide a competitively priced, varied selection of buffet menus to suite all tastes and budgets. If you choose to take advantage of our competitively priced menus, the club will not charge a cleaning fee. This fee is only charged if you wish to provide your own food and opt to leave the hall without tidying at the end of the evening.

Along with catering we can also provide you with a list of recommended local DJ’s, bands, entertainers and even hall decoration for those special occasions. The bar will even create a cocktail for your event! At Cowplain Social Club you can find advice, contacts and a friendly welcome all under one roof which can lead to a successful celebration that friends and family will remember for months to come!
