Please be patient and respectful to staff and other members during this difficult time when using the Club
Following the resignation of the Club Secretary, I have now taken over that role, which regrettably, means I have had to stand down as Club President.
When I began as President I had three aims for the Club:
- Increase membership.
- Increase the Club’s financial position.
- Update the Clubs interior.
During the near four and a half years as President, along with an extremely robust and supportive Committee, we have achieved those aims.
Membership – I aimed for an increase of around 20%, but current numbers reflect an increase of around 46%.
Financially – with the increased number of members, the Club now has seen its bank balance grow steadily.
Refurbishment – the healthy bank balance has enabled the Club to be extensively updated from its tired appearance.
Whoever takes over as President of this great and unique Club will have my full support, especially through these current difficulties, to take the Club forward to its centenary in 2023.
I would like to thank all of the members and staff who have voiced their support for me during my time as President. Such support is greatly appreciated.
Please note that the KILLERZ refunds of tickets are available when the club re-opens.
SPECIAL COMEDY SHOW – For refunds – tickets purchased from Eventbrite, please contact EVENTBRITE. Tickets purchased from the Club, a refund can be obtained when the Club re- opens
